By Miss FabEllis — June 21, 2012

Product Name:  Sedona Lace 168 Pro Full Color Eyeshadow Palette (First Edition)

Price:  $29.95

Product Description:  This wonderful bright set of 168 shades includes shimmer and matte finishes. Has 2 layers for portable and convenient use. These shadows are long lasting and extremely vibrant. The soft powder makes it easy to use wet or dry.

Ingredients:  Talc, Mica, Mineral Oil, Kaolin, Titanium Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Isopropyl Palmitate, Lanolin, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, BHT. May contain: Mica and titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxides, Ultramarine Blue, Manganese Violet, Ferric Ammonium Ferrocyanide, Chrome Oxide Greens, Chrome Hydroxide Green, FD&C Red No.40 AlLake, FD&C Yellow No.5 Al Lake, FD&C blue No.1 Al Lake.

My Experience:  I was floored by how quickly Sedona Lace responds and delivers their products.  I received this palette within two days and the packaging was superb.  It was wrapped securely without any damage once opened.  The eyeshadows are separated into two layers in the package and it is very easy to lift one tray out to view the other.  The quality is absolutely amazing for the price.  The shadows are true to color so with one swipe of my finger, I received excellent color pay off and it appeared just as it did in the pan.

My Results:  The results were just as expected.  Beautiful, long-lasting color!  This palette allows you to create various daytime as well as night time looks.  After receiving it, I immediately put together a quick day look for work the following Monday.  It lasted all day over my Too Faced Eyeshadow Insurance.  When I got home in the evening, the color was still in tact with no creasing.

Price:  Are you kidding me?  The price is outstanding for this palette.  I say this because I have seen eyeshadow palettes with only a fraction of the colors priced for over $50.  This is a great deal.

Final Thoughts:  Sedona Lace has done it again.  After previously reviewing their 88 Metal Eyeshadow Palette, I had high hopes and they delivered.  Their shipping and customer service is truly superb.  When it comes to ordering online, the hardest part for the consumer is waiting for their package.  Each time I have ordered from Sedona Lace, I received the package within two days.  The care they have for their customers is evident because each package is wrapped carefully and nothing has been broken each time.

The quality of the eyeshadows are simply amazing.  They are super pigmented and I love the fact that the exact color I see in the pan is how it looks on my eyes.  Plus, I love the versatility in the 168 Pro Full Color Palette.  It allows me to create combination after combination.  I highly recommend this palette for everyone from beginners to experts.

Would you buy this eyeshadow palette?

Stay beautiful!

Very pretty, I’m not into makeup so something like this would be perfect for me since I don’t really buy makeup often.

Nope, lol. I cleanse and mosisturize but that’s about it.

I really hope you know that if you lived in NC, I would drag you to Sephora and to go thrifting with me. Just FYI. :-)

thanks for posting… i know i’m late but i’m starting to get interested in makeup – mainly eyes, blush and lipgloss/lipstick so this is a good start for me. What brushes do you use with this?

Thanks for checking out the post! :-) Honestly, I love ELF’s $1 eyeshadow brushes. You can find them at Target or Dollar Tree.

Does this eyeshadow really work, because it’s so inexpensive I am reluctant? Does it fall, itch, how did your eyes feel with it on??

    • http://www.fabellis.com/ FabEllis

I promise you that it really does work. I own two of their palettes. My eyes felt fine. You will be surprised that some of the best quality makeup can be inexpensive. :)

Can you PLEASE tell me how many of the eyeshadows are shimmer and how many are matte? I have a palette of shimmer colours and I do not want many more. This would be a great help. I am from Trinidad and it’s much more expensive to purchase things here, and I don’t want to purchase something that I can’t use
