Product Review: heart-t Creme, Soap Souffle, Sea Scrub, and Sweet Coco Polish

Creme, 4oz, $18

Product Description: Made of all natural ingredients, this rich moisturizer dissolves into your skin leaving it supple, nourished and lightly fragrant. The mix of luxurious butters such as cocoa & shea along with naturally fragrant oils like jasmine and patchouli make for an irresistible combination. This moisturizer is great for sensitive, dry, or normal skin. It does not clog pores, is great for eczema prone skin, and it can help even your skin tone over time thanks to ingredients like cocoa butter, lavender oil, jasmine oil & lemon oil.

Ingredients: water, shea butter, cocoa butter, coconut, jojoba, sweet almond, jasmine, grapeseed, patchouli, lavender, lemon, evening primrose, grapefruit seed extract, & haitian castor oil

My Review:  I used it on my entire body and focused on my elbows and heels because they tend to be the roughest parts of my body.  This product was very moisturizing, and the product blended well into my skin and gave my skin a rich shine.  The product has a strong earthy aroma that I wasn’t fond of.

Soap Souffle, 8oz, $26

Product Description: It’s gentle enough for your face and intense enough for your body. This cleanser helps even skin tone and remove traces of dirt from skin without stripping it of moisture. Black soap has a long history of healing problem skin. It contains Vitamin A and E which keep your skin soft and supple. Plus, the blend of natural oils help slough off dead cells without harm. Ultimately, this hearty blend is great for all skin types, especially sensitive skin.

Ingredients: water, african black soap, shea butter, jojoba, sweet almond, vegetable glycerin, grapeseed, camphor, peppermint, lavender, apple cider vinegar, willow bark, & tea tree.

My Review: I used this product on my face and skin.  All my life I’ve washed my skin with soap and a wash cloth or bath puff.  However, because this product comes in a jar, it is recommended that you massage the product onto your skin by hand.  This was a very different way of bathing for me, but that has nothing to do with the product and more to do with the experience using the product.  The soap was mild and non drying. My skin was cleansed and felt very smooth afterwards. This was my first experience with organic soap and I was very pleased.

Sea Scrub, 12oz, $28

Ingredients: sea salt, vegetable glycerin, coconut, jojoba, peppermint, sweet almond, grapeseed, lemon, lavender, and tea tree.

My Review: I used this product on my body.  I love body scrubs and this scrub was great!  I was happy with the results because I tend to shy away from salt scrubs because they tend to dry me out.  The salts exfoliated my skin very well and the oils that the salts are bathed in left my skin smooth and well moisturized. The smell is very pleasant. This is a must try product to slough dry skin.

Sweet Coco Polish, 12oz, $34

This decadent polish is made of all-natural ingredients that offer your skin a sweet treat. It smells so good you will be tempted to eat it, but please let your skin enjoy it instead. The delectable coconut sugar gently exfoliates and refines your skin’s texture, while the all-natural nourishing oil blend infuses moisture leaving it velvety and smooth.

Ingredients: coconut sugar, sesame, sweet almond, grapeseed, lemon, jojoba, lavender, tea tree, & vegetable glycerin.

My Review: I used this product on my body.  As I mentioned, I love body scrubs and this scrub was great too!  I’ve always loved sugar scrubs and I really appreciated the way this product made my skin feel.  The smell was AMAZING and I really felt like I was luxuriating in roasted nuts.  This is a must have!

    Oooooh! They all sound GREAT!

  • Cynhen

I never liked the dryness of the sea scrubs so this looks much more moisturizing.

It was so hard to choose. It was a toss up between The Creme, The Soap Souffle and the Sweet Coco Polish.
The ingredients in the products is what really caught my eye.
And I love that the products leave the skin smooth and supple without stripping moisture.
I look forward to trying The Sweet Coco Polish. Anything that is going to leave my skin velvety and smooth, I WANT TO TRY IT.
Trying these products would be a day at the spa.
