Product Description:

Ingredients:
Water (Aqua), Stearalkonium Chloride, Glycerin, Mineral Oil, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Emulsifying Wax, Dimethicone, Olive Oil, Stearamidoproply Dimethylamine, Hydroxypropyltrimonium Honey, Dimethicone Copolyol, Cetyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate (and) PEG-100 Stearate, PEG-8 Dimethicone, Polyquaternium 80, Citric Acid, Polyquaternium 7, Phenoxyethanol (and) DMDM Hydantoin (and) Iodopropnyl Butylcarbamate, Fragrance (Parfum), Milk Protein, Panthenol, Tocopheryl Acetate, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil (and) Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract, Biotin, Ascorbic Acid, Shea Butter

My Experience:
I used this treatment on my hair as a deep conditioner. I applied it to my dry hair, covered with a plastic cap, and let sit on my hair for about 20-30 minutes. Then I rinsed it out and carried on with my normal wash routine.

Fragrance:
The fragrance was a very light butterscotch scent.

Results:
I applied this treatment to my hair when it was dry, and before I even let it sit for a while I was able to run my fingers thru my hair with ease. I felt my hair was moisturized. My hair soaked up this product quickly. When I did rinse it out, my hair did feel like it didn’t rinse clean until I cleansed, which is probably due to the mineral oil and dimethicone that is pretty high up on this product’s ingredient list.

Moisture:
This product does moisturize. My hair immediately perked up and absorbed the product right in. My hair was softer and more manageable but it did feel weighed down when I rinsed the product out.

Price:
I feel the price is way too high considering the ingredients and size of the jar. I was only able to get one use out of the jar. I have access to other product lines in Walgreens, Target and Walmart now at a much lower price point that give me more product and better quality ingredients.

Final Thoughts:
I did like how the product worked and I loved the scent. However, the price is way too high for the amount you get and the ingredients found in the product. I prefer to use products that do not contain cones or mineral oil and this product had both, and several other ingredients I can’t pronounce. I would not use this product again for those reasons. But for someone who isn’t too much ingredient conscious than it may be worth a try, if its within your price point.

Have you tried it? What did you think?

Im sitting under the dryer with the DEEP in my hair right now! I love the product too but since my hair is thinner than yours I have been getting plenty of usage from the one bottle. I probably wouldn’t spend that amount of money on it either but I won the DE line as a giveaway. I am sorta ingredient conscious but not a nazi about it or anything. Thanks for the informative review!
